On FSL's ijet sometimes static files are not written. Why?
SRCROOT/src/include/makefile.inc has a flag that is causing the problem.
Remove the three occurrences of '-Bstatic' in SRCROOT/src/include/makefile_pc.inc.in
and reinstall running SRCROOT/install_wrfsi.pl.
